Make pressing the back button *not* close the current tab when there's no history and it has been opened with "Open link in new tab"

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:141.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/141.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a tab with "Open link in new tab"
  2. Switch to the tab
  3. Press the back button

Actual results:

The tab immediately disappears with no easy way to undo it.

The "Recently Closed Tabs" options in the tabs panel technically works, but it re-opens the tab at the very end of the tab list and I have too many tabs open for that to be useful.

Expected results:

It either goes to the homepage or displays the "Tab Closed [Undo]" toast.

I'm the original creator of bug #1813413 and it was always my intention that tabs opened with "Open link in new tab" were included in the bug report. Especially since almost all of my tabs have been opened in that manner since it's the only way to open tabs after the current tab instead of at the end of the tab list (see bug #1813412).
