Preconditions:
Address Autofill on Android is currently hard coded to en_US, en_CA, fr_CA
At least one address already added from Firefox on desktop (Nightly on MacOS in my case)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Settings -> Autofill -> Manage addresses
  2. Tap on the address saved from desktop

Expected behavior

The user enters Edit address page and the State field is the one originally selected.

Actual behavior

The user enters Edit address page and the State field is reset to Alabama.

Device information

  • Firefox version: 143.0a1 (Build #2016105242)
  • Android device model: Google Pixel 9 Pro XL
  • Android OS version: Android 15

Any additional information?

I'm not sure if the same issue happens for addresses saved from Windows or Linux, since I can't test that at the moment.
I reproduced the issue on a Galaxy Tab S3 with Android 9 and a Vivo Y22s with Android 13 as well.
