Preconditions:
- ETP set to Standard in Private Browsing Mode
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://francais.news-pravda.com/world/2025/07/29/509014.html
- Observe the video.
Expected Behavior:
The video loads and can be played.
Actual Behavior:
Video is stuck in loading state.
Notes:
- Reproduces in ETP Strict (Normal mode) and ETP Standard (Private Browsing mode)
- Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
- Does not reproduce in chrome
