The requirement for perfdocs that requires us to add specific tests to the mozperftest config.yml adds a bit of friction for adding tests. It would be useful to see if we can get rid of that requirement so that only the folder they exist in needs to be specified. That way, developers will only ever need to add the folder once, and then the tests will get picked up and added to section. The purpose for those test entries in other harnesses is to ensure that developers provide a bit of information about the purpose of the test, but in mozperftest we already enforce this through the description field in the perfMetadata.
