I found this line when I was looking through some passing, and failling logcat logs:
07-31 11:29:52.225 2776 6797 E MediaProvider: Permission to access file: /storage/emulated/0/Download/profile/prefs.js is denied
It's unclear to me if this is a red-herring or if it's an actual issue, but it should be investigated to make sure that our prefs are definitley being set for Fenix.
