Could you provide a screenshot or video of this behavior? How long was the title of the bookmark that you're saving?

I will try to make a video of the phenomenon the next time it occurs. The titles have been very long in the affected cases so far.
I assume you would like to know the exact number of characters, Jeff?

The exact number isn't needed. Just any information that would help us reproduce the issue would be great.

I discovered a possible cause today. It is possible to insert elements into the title bar via “copy/paste”. Now it can possibly happen that you copy “too much”. Non-printable characters such as line breaks are probably the cause. The user does not notice this and the software presumably does not eliminate them.

I ran through my assumption a few times with the copied interlacing and it was confirmed.
