A usage monitoring dashboard tracks the health of enterprise users through automated telemetry analysis

• Signed-in users per OS and OS version
• New installs, new profiles
• Active hours
• Crash counts per category
• Count of authenticated and unauthenticated users
• Count of authenticated users per browser version
• Count of authenticated users per operating system
• Count of authenticated users per operating system version
• Count of authenticated users per extensions installed
• Count of authenticated users per user group
• List of users with characteristics (OS, OS version, browser version, extensions installed, user group, policies in use, enrolment date, last seen date)
• Ability to CSV export the data (console feature)
• Log of events
• Events covered are “Authentication failure”, “File downloaded”, “Page printed”, “Extension installed”, “Browser crash”
• Clicking an event shows all the details of that event (timestamp, user, group, description, device, OS, OS version, browser version,...)
• Ability to CSV export the data (console feature)
