It would be nice to have an 'is related to' field, which behaved like the 
'depends on/blocks', for bugs which address similar issues, but where either
issue could be fixed independantly.

I would like to be able to refer one to one another without the hard link 
and restriction that are created when you mark one as 'depends on' the other 
one.  This feature could be used also to create a 'reference' link between bugs 
that would be useful as the database grows and Bug visibility reduces.

I did have a hard time believing that no-one else wanted this, but I couldn't
find it when I searched...
