Steps to reproduce
- Have at least two tabs in the tabs tray.
- Close one of the tabs in the tray.
- Navigate to the other tab while the notification is still showing.
- Observe the toolbar.
Expected behaviour
- The toolbar should never be hidden by the snackbar.
Actual behaviour
- The toolbar is hidden by the snackbar until it times out and disappear.

- Android device model: Pixel 8a
- Android OS version: Android 16
