Set the debug tools -> Addresses to FR.
Add new address for selected locale.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to: http://decathlon.fr/
2. Login with a valid account
3. Add a product to the cart and proceed to checkout.
4. Reach the address section.
5. Tap the name text box and observe the behavior

Expected result:

All the fields are correct autofilled.

Actual result:

The name, and address fields are not autofilled.

Any additional information?

Please note, the name and address also don't trigger the select address dropdown list.
