Details
First of all, you need to have at least 1600 wide screen resolution to see this.
On this page's initial load, the news story ends up placed beside the header
when the screen is maximized. If the window is resized (even slightly) the page
will take on its expected reflow and will not revert when maximized. It is,
however, completely reproducible. Phoenix/20030313 WinXP

Actually, the placement of floats of those widths next to each other at that
screen width is correct. The problem is that on resize we change the layout....
Assignee: other → float
Component: Layout → Layout: Floats
OS: Windows XP → All
Hardware: PC → All
Related to a bunch of other bugs with 'clear' breaking on incremental reflow, I
think. (There's a <br clear="all"> involved.)
