Reported by Whereby, they leverage the document pip api for specific features they provide. We currently do not support this.

Moving this, the currently implementation replies on video-pip, but they are experimenting with doc-pip as well.

Hi Jim, doc pip shipped to Desktop in Fx 151. And video-pip-API is riding trains with Fx 153. Is it worth asking Whereby if the feature(s) works as expected? Thanks.

I'm not aware of whereby using this, but Meet does. We brought this up at the last sync meeting, they were going to investigate turning on the floating window feature.
Update - reading this over I guess they do. I'll do some testing.
