Details

The about:memory report in bug 1981051 comment 8 has 8.4GB of heap-unclassified in the parent process (88.01%), and it also has around two-hundred thousand blob URLs. This suggests that we aren't accounting blob memory correctly.

Possibly related to bug 1407636.
