198163 - "Page Setup", "Print Preview" and "Print" don't work

Clicking on one of the menu items "Page Setup", "Print Preview", and "Print"
seem to be ignored - there just happens nothing. The same is if I click the
"Print" icon, only the arrow on the right side shows up a context menu, whose
items are "dead" too.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click one of the items "Page Setup", "Print Preview", and "Print" in the
"File" menu.
2. Be surprised that nothing happens. :)
3.



Expected Results:  
Like it did 2 or 3 weeks ago: Show the setup dialog for the printer, show the
print preview and print.

Old bug. User agent the bug was reported in was 20030318. The Gecko is to old.
Print etc. work under Build ID 2003050714. Windows 98.

Worksforme in build 2003050714 on Windows NT - reporter, can you try again with
a newer build (1.4b) ?

The problem occured only with that specific build (20030318).
