Wish List: Ability to add arbitrary style sheets to the View > User Style menu.
This would allow the user to author a style sheet to override the style of sites
on a non-global basis.

Possible uses include the reduction of over large fonts (e.g. on the new
linuxtoday.com site) while leaving the appearence of other sites alone, or the
elimination of flash (with a display: none;) to hide adverts, but that could be
toggled back on if the user wishes access to flash on a specific site.

Reproducible: Always
