Steps to reproduce

1. Enable the "Compose Toolbar" from Secret settings.
2. Go to Settings - Search - Address bar preferences - disable the "Show voice search" option.
3. Exit settings, tap on the search field and observe.

Expected behavior

The toolbar doesn't display the microphone icon anymore.

Actual behavior

The microphone option is still displayed and works, even when this option has been disabled by the user.

Device information

• Firefox version: Nightly 143.0a1 from 8/7
• Android device: Oppo Find X3 Lite (Android 11), Samsung Galaxy S24 (Android 15)

Any additional information?

• NOT reproducible with composable toolbar disabled

Verified as fixed on the latest Firefox for Android Nightly 144.0a1 from 8/25 with a Pixel 6 (Android 16), and an Oppo Find X3 Lite (Android 11).
When the "Show voice search" option is disabled, the microphone option is not displayed anymore in the toolbar.
