When I try to print a page, Mozilla always uses letter paper format instead of
the real default printer driver setting (which is A4).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start mozilla
2. open an URL
3. print the page

Actual Results:  
the printer wants to print "letter" paper instead of A4

Expected Results:  
choose A4 which is the printer drivers default

I found this bug in bugzilla but it was assigned to phoenix whereas I experience
the same problem with all newer Mozilla versions (>= 1.2)
