We have recently raised the minSdkVersion from 21 (Android 5) to 26 (Android 8) for Fenix and Focus.
Once all the geckoview and web platform tests are migrated off the Android 7 emulator and passing on the new Android 14 emulator, we can upgrade the minSdkVersion specified in Geckoview, Geckoview test harness and Geckoview example also.
