User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:141.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/141.0

Steps to reproduce:

Within a session suddenly a ppo up was blocked that wasn't just an instant ago (allowed in settings for that specific website). No idea how to differentiate from possible corrupt profile or whatever. However new since 141.xx.xx . Runs on Win10, Updates synced by enterprise to each computer. profile within AD-profile. let me know how to log that.

i can reproduce now. however on local website in my intranet. anyone tell me how to log document properly?

Is there any way for you to share a public site where this happens? If it's only on your intranet it will be hard for us to reproduce. Also sharing your popup blocker settings and exceptions (e.g. a screenshot) as well as the address of the internal site you have allowlisted would help diagnose the problem further.

This issue seems to require a specific enterprise-managed Windows setup which can’t be reproduced in a standard setup. Marking this as qa-not-actionable until a simpler test case is available.
