I have been using Mozilla 1.2.1 for months now. This is the first time that I
have had a failure in the mail client. When I do Windows > Address Book,
nothing happens and I must do Ctrl Alt Del to End Mozilla Task. I can still
type a few characters for TO: and mail client will find addresses that meet the
initial characters entered. Is there anything that I can do so that I can
recover my address file and respective links?
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on Mail Client
2.Click on Windows menu item
3.Select Address Book
Actual Results:
Nothing happens.
Must do Ctrl Alt Del to end Mozilla Task.
Expected Results:
Opened my address book.
Can I save my address book? What files are involved in this failure?

Please close Mozilla and delete the file "xul.mfl" in your mozilla user profile.
You address book is stored in the file "abook.mab" in your profile
(see the mozilla release notes for the path)
