Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a site and open menu
2. Check the color of badge for "Desktop site" menu item
3. Go to a custom tab and open menu
4. Check the color of badge for "Desktop site" menu item

Expected behavior

Both badges should have the same background color

Actual behavior

The badge color for regular and custom tabs are different

Any additional information?

Fix: Change layerSearch to layer2
