User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:142.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/142.0
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Firefox on macOS.
2. Open around 10–15 tabs (varied websites; mix of news, email, and social media).
3. Continue browsing for some time (10 minutes to 30 minutes).
Actual results:
• Firefox becomes unresponsive (spinning beachball cursor).
• UI freezes; cannot interact with tabs or menus.
• Requires Force Quit from Activity Monitor.
Expected results:
• Firefox should remain responsive even with 10–15 tabs open.
• User should be able to browse continuously without needing to restart the application.

This may be a duplicate of bug 1979124. Could you try the latest nightly and check if this is still occurring?

The nightly works fine. Additionally, the change of “network.trr.mode” works fine in my 142.
