wpt reftest, some _mozilla/mathml/mpadded/mpadded-pseudo-units-* tests fail on new android 14 emulator

Details

These tests:

  • /_mozilla/mathml/mpadded/mpadded-pseudo-units-002.html
  • /_mozilla/mathml/mpadded/mpadded-pseudo-units-003.html
  • /_mozilla/mathml/mpadded/mpadded-pseudo-units-004.html
  • /_mozilla/mathml/whitespace-trimming/table-width-3.html

fail on android 14 emulators and reftest-compare shows we have a thicker box/bar on the reference image.

also these tests seem to be missing reference image to the bugzilla component:

these end up getting fixed by adding a pref gfx.font_rendering.fallback.async:false. I am planning to do that at the higher level dir.ini:
