This is a follow-up to bug 1968096. The fakespotFeatureGate Nimbus variable and its fallback pref browser.urlbar.fakespot.featureGate can't be removed yet because the variable is used by two live experiments/rollouts, and IIRC changes to variables will cause enrolled clients to unenroll:
- firefox-suggest-geo-expansion-eu-re-ramp
- firefox-suggest-geo-expansion-eu-amp-and-wikipedia-suggestions-rollout
When they're done, we should remove the variable and pref.
