I wondered if it would be possible to add the ability to print a list of the
attachments when printing an email.  ie.

Subject: Important Case Studies
From: "George Wilson" <Gwilson@epa.gov>
Date: Wed, 19 Mar 2003  13:40:00 -0800
To: "Dennis Mitchell" <dmitchell@familycircus.com>
Attachment: "Important doc.doc", "RFC5150.txt"

Ignoring inline graphics should be either default or a selectible option.

Having options to turn this feature on and off may be warrented as I'm sure that
there is somone out there that won't like it.
