User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312
In a page that takes a long time to load (such as that given in the URL) if a
user clicks on a link that activates a popup, it is interpreted as if it were
an unrequested popup.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have popup blocking activated.
2. Open page that takes a long time to load.
3. While still loading, click on any link that is supposed to produce a popup
window (such as those for the news article links.
Actual Results:
The requested popup is blocked.
Expected Results:
The requested popup should have been brought up.
If someone is aware of this, they can wait for the page to load, or if they are
impatientthey could add the site to the list of sites that can produce
unrequested popups.

As per my comment #7 in bug 197919, I can confirm this as well on Mozilla/5.0
(Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.3) Gecko/20030312.
(Note this bug is spawn of bug 197919)
One of our criteria for determining whether it's a popup window is whether the
opening page is still loading. So this bug would be expected.
That's a little simplistic I guess. We should exonerate loads caused by link
clicks. Still my bug, then.
