receive the prompt to enter with login/password/domain.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Choose a Password Protected Site
2.Enter URL at top
3.Press ENTER and receive error without password prompt

Actual Results:
I can't enter in the site.

Expected Results:
The LOGIN prompt.
Reporter, we need an URI to test this.
Moreover, you should have tested this with the latest nightlies of both Mozilla
and Phoenix before reporting the bug, to see if this still happen. Please do it.

I'm using PHOENIX 0.5
Try this: http://greenland.homeip.net:39091/html

I'm not noob. ;-)
I can reproduce this with the 20/03 phoenix nightly and the latest Mozilla
nightly Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4a) Gecko/20030320.
