1983249 - Add Google Lens to policy

We need to add support to enterprise policy to control Google Lens.

Here are the Chrome policies:

https://chromeenterprise.google/policies/#LensOverlaySettings
https://chromeenterprise.google/policies/#LensRegionSearchEnabled

Since we don't support regions, I'm thinking our should just be LensSearchEnabled?

Or maybe GoogleLensSearchEnabled?

Is browser.search.visualSearch.featureGate the only pref controlling this?

Yes -- also note that the pref is named "visualSearch" and not "googleLens" because the feature can theoretically support any visual search engine, but there aren't any plans I know of to support others right now.
