If the document in an IFrame is an XML document with an XSLT stylesheet. when it
is loaded the whole iframe will be flashed with a dark (like black) background
for about one-tenth second and then after about a second when the transformation
is done all works fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load a document with an IFrame and a link with target to that IFrame
2. Click on the link
3. See it

Actual Results:  
Something dark flashes

Expected Results:  
No flashing

Can you attach any testcase? Or try a newer build?
I think this is bug 163577, which was fixed after 1.3.

If you can reprodude this with a nightly build then please reopen.
