- Observe
Expected Behavior:
The page loads once the Cloudflare verification process is passed
Actual Behavior:
"Your browser is out of date. Update your browser to view this site properly." error from Cloudflare
Notes:
- Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
- Does not reproduce in chrome

That seems to be caused by our intervention from bug 1927467, it works if I disable it.
