User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:144.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/144.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable Vertical Tabs
  2. Enable Expand sidebar on hover
  3. Move the cursor from inside the window across the sidebar to outside the window

Alternatively:

  1. Enable Vertical Tabs
  2. Enable Expand sidebar on hover
  3. Move the cursor from outside the window across the sidebar to inside the window

Actual results:

At certain speeds, the sidebar expands but does not collapse after the cursor moves away from the sidebar without touching it.

Expected results:

The sidebar should collapse after the cursor moves away from the sidebar without touching it.
