User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:142.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/142.0
Steps to reproduce:
Using Windows 11 with touch controls, use vertical tabs with "expand sidebar on hover" enabled. Click in compressed sidebar to open it and/or go to selected tab.
Then, touch back into webpage area.
Actual results:
Tab bar opens. If area touched is a different tab, it is switched to.
Touching back into the webpage view does not dismiss the sidebar. It remains open until manually toggled with Expand Sidebar" button, pressed twice.
Expected results:
Tab bar should be dismissed once a touch event is registered in the webpage (click, scroll - anything)

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Sidebar' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
