There was no test coverage for this, and in fact the spec previously said that text content mutations should re-trigger parsing. https://github.com/whatwg/html/pull/11426/commits/b1210e18c0ebdc89a0f0caf88b3bf41ca88b1d87 updates the spec to not do that, matching Chromium's current behavior, and these tests help lock that in.
