In old toolbar design we didn't show SiteInfo icon when on reader mode. Confirmed by UX that we want to follow the same design for composable toolbar.

This issue is verified as fixed on Firefox for Android Nightly 144 (2025-08-28) using a Samsung S24 Ultra and Huawei MediaPad T5 (Android 8). Confirming that the shield icon is no longer displayed in Reader Mode.
