Talkback ID not available. No log is generated during crash. Only seen is
warning pop up box. This however doesn't affect embeded midi files only wavs.

4.x's npaudio.dll is NOT supported in Gecko. See bug 90558 for the
extension/cache issue.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
