Steps to reproduce:

On LineageOS 22.1-20250314-microG-miatoll (Redmi Note 9 Pro), I have Download Navi (com.tachibana.downloader V1.6.2) installed and Firefox option "External download manager" activated. I opened a pdf attachment in line app (jp.naver.line.android V15.13.1) with Firefox (temporary URL = content://jp.naver.line.android.line.MessageContentProvider/#RANDOM_ID#) and clicked on Download button.

Actual results:

File was downloaded without asking for download manager. Couldn't select download location or filename.

Expected results:

Expected to be asked whether I'd like to use Download Navi or Firefox for download (works with http:// https:// sources).

Thanks for reporting this bug. I can reproduce it, by opening a PDF with Fenix from a files manager.
