Steps to reproduce

1. Type in a URL and navigate to a page

Expected behavior

Toolbar remains glued to the bottom of the screen like in older Firefox for Android versions

Actual behavior

Sometimes, randomly, the toolbar is misplaced. See screenshot for an example. When it's in this state scrolling the page doesn't fix it, the page just scrolls behind the toolbar
