Hi Donal! Looks like we have another regression caused by mozilla-central repo-update HSTS HPKP remote-settings. Can you look into this when possible and let us know your thoughts ? It doesn't look like a high magnitude regression.

Flags: needinfo?(dmeehan)

I have no strong opinions. The remote settings updates are automatically generated, and Release Management take care of landing them.
The push mentioned here is already in Fx143.

I'll leave it up to the perf team if this needs a follow-up or should be resolved as wontfix?

Flags: needinfo?(dmeehan) → needinfo?(afinder)

Thanks Donal! Also, removing the needinfo for Florin for the moment.

No longer duplicate of bug: 1984640
Resolution: DUPLICATE → ---

This bug was incorrectly closed as "Duplicate" since the bug referenced is on a different culprit than the one referenced in comment 0. Since the regression is of low magnitude, the correct resolution for this is WONTFIX.

Why do you think that the culprit is different? I think that the duplicate was correctly identified.

If you look at the regression range, it contains the commit that updates the softblocks-addons-mlbf.bin file, conveniently described by softblocks-addons-mlbf.bin.meta.json. The latter shows that the size increased from 9351 bytes to 162620 bytes, which is the primary cause of the flagged binary size changes in this bug and bug 1984640 (with more discussion on the latter bug, hence my inclination to close this as a duplicate of the other).
