Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://rakuten-sp.wamgame.jp/luck/result
- Scroll and observe the "推奨環境" (recommended environment) section
Expected Behavior:
Firefox is listed as supported
Actual Behavior:
Firefox is not recommended
Notes:
- Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
- Does not reproduce in chrome

It gives the same recommendation in Chrome. As far as I can tell, there is no difference other than firefox not being listed there. This doesn't appear to block anything.
400 points for not being listed as supported seems way high (it doesn't pop this up for Firefox; it just shows it to everyone).

It is a "unsupported browser" warning, and the fact that it's not shown to all browser users doesn't change the fact that Firefox users may be discouraged by seeing the warning, even if the site actually works fine (which seems likely but isn't verified). That said, the score does seem a bit high. We could change "affects users" to "some" assuming many will ignore the warning, but that does seem like a rather post-hoc justification.

I'm having trouble making sense of this report. The details in comment 0 seem quite different from the original GitHub report.
The original report has:
Problem type: Site is not usable
Description: Buttons or links not working
Steps to Reproduce:
Button of rewards by watching ads did not appear.
For the given URL, https://rakuten-sp.wamgame.jp/luck/result, I don't see any difference between Firefox of Chrome on Desktop or Android.
If I log in to Rakuten and go to https://pointmall.rakuten.co.jp/game/mogura, however, I can play the game successfully in Firefox on both Desktop and Android.
I don't know what the "Button of rewards by watching ads" refers to as I haven't been able to find that part in Chrome either.

The given URL specifies that Firefox is not listed as a supported browser. The issue reported in Github might be caused by that, as QA does not have an account needed to test that, nor the know-how on playing games/accessing rewards. This was moved solely based on the message displayed in the mentioned link: Firefox is not listed inside the supported browser list.
