Steps to reproduce:

Enable Vertical tabs, enable expand sidebar on hover, hover over the sidebar to expand it

Actual results:

The vertical side bar does not hide when not hovering. It does not respond at all to hover events after this state

Expected results:

The app bar would hide, and expand again when hovered over again

I should have enabled my pointer showing in the video, but my actions were:

1. hover over vertical sidebar
2. remove pointer from vertical sidebar (this should hide the sidebar)
3. disable and re-enable the expand sidebar on hover
4. hover over the vertical sidebar
5. remove pointer from vertical sidebar

Hi, can you reproduce this on 142.0.1? This version fixes a problem with sidebar expansion on hover.

Hi, it seems to be fixed in 142.0.1. I will update this ticket later if I manage to recreate it, but at this point I no longer can

Marking this as fixed. Please re-open if you are able to reproduce again. It would be interesting to know if this ever reproduces in the same way on the left side.
