KB content update/ new content

Please summarize the request, emphasizing any user-facing changes. Include historical context or background information if it helps users understand the new features or changes. [REQUIRED]

Per https://blog.mozilla.org/futurereleases/2025/09/05/firefox-32-bit-linux-support-to-end-in-2026/ we'll be ending support for 32-bit linux with firefox 145. As users on that platform check for updates we'll need a sumo page to explain the situation, that the update server can point them at.
This is similar to https://support.mozilla.org/kb/your-hardware-no-longer-supported from when we dropped support for older CPUs, https://support.mozilla.org/1/firefox/52.0/win/%LOCALE%/xp-eol (i.e. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/end-support-windows-xp-and-vista) from when we ended support for old windows versions, or https://support.mozilla.org/kb/firefox-osx from when we dropped support for old macos versions.
