Create test for Tabbed Browser manual test case: Verify that the position of the pinned tabs can be successfully changed

Test Steps:

  1. Open a few tabs
  2. Using tab context menu, pin two tabs (one at a time).
  3. Drag the first pinned tab over the second. (Verify the Tab successfully changes position.)
