Enable users to override the application ID, tenant ID, and redirect URI for outgoing EWS servers similar to the advanced configuration described in 1984494 for incoming servers.

Or we bite the bullet and make the ews outgoing just proxy into the incoming server.. Kind of "use incoming for outgoing". For EWS outgoing it shouldn't be possible to configure it independently. (But it should be possible to use other SMTPs for EWS accounts.)
