Revert the change introduced in PR #54370, which was a temporary measure to diagnose the root cause of intermittent missing results in Servo's daily runs (servo/servo#38586). After that change, all wpt.fyi runs of Servo have completed successfully. However, it is not possible to conclusively say that the change fixed the underlying issue as the streak of successful runs started just a few days prior to the change being merged.

Enable the wdspec jobs again to confirm that they do trigger the missing runs issue (which still needs more investigation into why it happens).
