When I move or start mozilla on second monitor (I use dual monitor desktop) all
menus losting focus or closing. If I open page with JavaScript menus (like on
http://www.nvidia.com/) menus show properly - but in second is closed - like
onMouseOut event is raised.. Same problem is with right click poup menus. If you
open RClick popup on every page, menu repeatly loosing focus - especialy
included menus. It's almost imposible to do rigth click -> choose This Frame ->
and View Source... This Frame menu always hide - and you lost focus in pop up
menu. JavaScript menu is impossible to use...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open page in Mozilla on SECOND monitor.
2.Do Right Click and try to choose some menu items - especialy "This Frame"
or try to use some javascript menu on page...


Actual Results:  
Menu is closed or selected items lost focus...

Expected Results:  
Show menu and wait for my selection

This problem is raise only on secondery monitors! On primary monitor everything
works goods. I have no 'focus problems' with other applications on secondary
monitor.
