Steps to reproduce:

Enable focus follows mouse in your DE (in my case GNOME)
Open a firefox window with vertical tabs and expand on hover settings enabled
Leave the window with your mouse from the left side

Actual results:

The sidebar stays expanded

Expected results:

It should have contracted

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Sidebar' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

I think this is the same issue or would benefit from the same fix as bug 1985692.
