Steps to reproduce:

Attempt to create a passkey with Dashlane set as my default passkey provider in Android

Actual results:

The passkey was created in Google Password Manager

Expected results:

The passkey should have been created in Dashlane

Do we support passkey providers on Android?

We support passkey providers on Android. Whether it works can depend on (at least) 1) the version of Android, 2) the version of the passkey provider, 3) the version of Firefox and whether it's release, beta, or nightly.

I am not seeing this problem on Android 15 with on Firefox 144 (using Firefox Beta from the Play Store), so maybe the problem is related to some change to the API in Android 16.
