When you read a message that has a return receipt flag, you get a dialog that
asks you a Yes/No question. But the buttons presented are OK/Cancel
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Read a message with return receipt

Actual Results:
Dialog has OK/Cancel buttons
Expected Results:
Dialog has Yes/No buttons
FWIW, Eudora uses Now/Later/Never buttons.
