Steps to reproduce:
Edit a URL or search term.
Some keyboards include arrow keys for changing the cursor position.
Actual results:
Recently, only the left or right edge of the visible area of the bar can be reached using the arrow keys.
If I want to reach a position beyond that, I have to tap on the bar.
Expected results:
Positions beyond this should be accessible as before without additional typing in the bar.
