Steps to reproduce:

Just going to any website that has a banner on the bottom of the page that scrolls with you as you move down the page.

Actual results:

The banner appears half an inch from the bottom of the screen and you can see the webpage from behind it also below it. The banner is able to be interacted with, although sometimes the positioning is misunderstood, as is the page below it

Expected results:

The banner should be at the very bottom so that the webpage can be viewed in full above it
